  • IT Act 2000 (SPDI Rules): Our infrastructure utilizes strict CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) policies and aggressive rate-limiting (DDoS/Spam protection) to ensure robust protection against automated threats and unauthorized API access.
  • RBI Payment Guidelines: We maintain a zero-storage policy for sensitive payment data. We do not process or store credit card or UPI details on our servers; all invoicing transactions are securely routed through RBI-compliant payment aggregators (e.g., Razorpay) adhering to strict PCI-DSS standards.

We may use third-party service providers (such as Google GenAI) to facilitate our services. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
